The Site is a free reference resource presenting EU tariff data sourced from the official EU TARIC database via Swedish Customs (Tullverket). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may use this Site for personal and commercial reference. You may not:
- Scrape the Site at a rate exceeding 1 request per second per IP address
- Republish bulk extracts of the data without preserving attribution to Tullverket / TARIC
- Use the Site or its data to build a competing product without separately licensing the underlying TARIC data from official sources
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information on the Site.
5. Limitation of liability
