REACH/CLP API — Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the REACH/CLP Compliance API ("API"), currently served at reach-clp-api.corridor-econ.workers.dev (and any future custom domain).

1. Service description

The API provides reference information about chemical substances under EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, including SVHC candidate-list status, Annex XVII restrictions, and CLP hazard classifications. The data is derived from publicly available European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) sources.

THE API DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR REFERENCE ONLY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE DATA IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE.

REACH and CLP regulations change frequently. SVHC candidate-list additions, Annex XVII amendments, and hazard classifications are published by ECHA and may not be reflected in our data immediately. You must independently verify any compliance-critical information against the official ECHA sources (echa.europa.eu) before making product safety, procurement, regulatory, or commercial decisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, PENALTY, FINE, RECALL COST, REGULATORY ACTION, OR OTHER ADVERSE OUTCOME arising from use of or reliance on the API. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to:
